All orders placed on kianoperfumes.com are subject to product availability. While we strive to keep our collections consistently available, certain items may occasionally be out of stock due to production cycles or external factors. In such cases, the product will be clearly marked as unavailable.

For inquiries regarding product availability or restocking timelines, our team is always available to assist you.


Order Processing & Shipping Time

Once an order is successfully placed, it is typically processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
  • Orders fulfilled through third-party logistics or partners may require additional processing time.

Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Kiano Scent currently offers shipping to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Selected international destinations, subject to availability and shipping regulations

International shipping timelines and fees may vary depending on the destination country and courier partner.


Shipping Charges

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 200
  • Orders below AED 200 may be subject to a standard delivery fee
  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time or charges

International Orders

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, order weight, and courier rates
  • Free shipping promotions may apply occasionally and will be clearly stated at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is currently available within the UAE only
  • COD handling charges may apply regardless of order value
  • COD availability may vary by product category

For selected products or regions, Cash on Delivery may be available.


Returns & Refunds
