Shipping & Delivery

1. Domestic Shipping (UAE)

We offer fast and reliable delivery across all seven emirates.

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah)
• Free Shipping: On all orders above AED 400
• Flat Rate: AED 25 for orders below AED 400

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST on business days are typically processed the same day.

2. International Shipping

We ship to select countries in the GCC, Middle East, and worldwide.

• GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
• Custom, private-label, and bulk orders have separate production and delivery timelines as agreed upon at the time of order

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

• Aramex
• DHL Express
• Emirates Post
• FedEx (for select international destinations)

The carrier is selected based on your location and chosen shipping speed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS (where available). You can track your order through:

• Your Kiano Account
• The carrier’s tracking page using the tracking number provided

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our carriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times
• If delivery fails after two attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse
• Re-delivery charges may apply for returned shipments
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for orders within the UAE only.

• A COD fee of AED 10 applies per order
• COD is not available for orders above AED 2,000
• Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery

8. Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your fragrances arrive in perfect condition:

• Bubble wrap protection for glass bottles
• Branded Kiano packaging for a premium unboxing experience
• Gift wrapping available upon request (charges may apply)

9. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays and peak shopping seasons
• Customs processing for international orders
• Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances
