Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within ten (10) days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
• Packaging must be intact, undamaged, and in resale condition
• Proof of purchase is required

Any product that has been opened, tested, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

• Opened or used products
• Custom, private-label, or made-to-order products
• Bulk fragrance orders
• Samples and testers
• Clearance or discounted items

3. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior written authorization.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds cover product cost only; shipping, customs duties, VAT, and taxes are non-refundable
• Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days after inspection

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• Kiano perfumes is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and order details

We will evaluate and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. International Orders (US & UAE)

• International returns must comply with applicable export and import regulations
• Any customs delays, duties, or rejections are the responsibility of the customer
• Returned international shipments must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”

8. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or non-compliance with this policy.

This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting on our website.
